The Law Office of Gail A. Spence represents clients across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits. Attorney Spence is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law. She is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. Ms. Spence has served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County, a public interest lawyer with the Community Health Law Project and an Assistant Supervising Attorney at Legal Services of New Jersey. She has also served as an Assistant Professor of Legal Studies at St. John’s University where she developed and taught a course in Social Disability Law. Attorney Spence has presented continuing legal education courses and published several articles on Social Security Disability. She currently conducts Social Security Disability seminars for medical professionals, patients, and community groups.
